  • Platinum Tickets are seated, however GA & VIP Tickets are standing room only.

  • The festival is rain or shine, but the main performances will be held indoors. Severe weather updates will be communicated via festival social channels and onsite announcements.

    NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED UNLESS THE EVENT IS 100% CANCELED.

  • Yes. The venue will offer ADA-compliant viewing areas, restrooms, and entry points.

Shuttles, Parking, & Rideshare

    Avoid the hassle of parking or ride-shares and enjoy the ride.

  • The Ocean Center offers convenient parking options, including a six-story parking garage. Accessible parking is available in all locations. Parking rates start at $15 per day. 

    Please note that only credit or debit cards are accepted for payment in both the parking garage and surface lots. Cash is not accepted. There are no in and out privileges.

  • Yes, rideshares are encouraged and will be an easy way to arrive or depart from the festival with a dedicated ride-share lot located near the venue.
